Shipping box with custom inlay

As part of a series of presentation products, we have designed this shipping box to fit perfectly with the sample cards. The U-shaped inlay can be adjusted in height through various folds in the side flaps. These folds allow the inlay to be adapted based on the number of cards, ensuring the contents always fit snugly against the lid. The inlay also keeps the sample cards securely in place during transport, minimizing damage.

Made from 1.5 mm corrugated cardboard, white on one side.
Dimensions: W 220 x H 300 x D 40 mm (flat: W 300 x H 300 mm).
2 x 5 fold lines (8 mm spacing).

Contents:
The inlay accommodates up to 6 sample cards. The maximum capacity is 48 mm (6 x 8 mm).
